Jessica Sepel of JSHealth is natural beauty personified.

Not only is the blonde beauty picture-perfect but she is the ultimate poster girl for clean living. Now a popular clinical nutritionist and wellness coach, Jessica is the brains behind JSHealth, a wellness platform complete with healthy recipes, clean lifestyle advice and complete health and wellbeing consultations. This month Jessica is the face curating the organic and natural section launch of Australia’s largest online hair, beauty and skincare store,

Given her clean lifestyle, Jessica is the first to admit there isn’t many products in her beauty cabinet. Rather Jessica is very selective about the products she puts on her skin and avoids any ingredients that she cannot read or understand.
“I only buy products that contain wholefoods and ingredients which I know are natural,” says Jess. “Natural products are what I go for. I prefer the products to be certified organic but I know sometimes that is an expensive process. There are a few brands I know I can trust and I stick to them.”

So what does Jessica’s skincare regime look like?
“I keep things really simple,” says Jess. ” I wash my face with Coast to Coast Ultra Soothing Cleansing Oil and then moisturise with my favourite from Triology, the Balancing Face Moisturiser. I also love to do face masks on the weekend. My favourites are Coast to Coast Coastal Ultra Soothing White Clay Mask and Lewin and Reilly Purity Mask with Zeolite and Elderflower.”
In addition Jessica emphasises the importance of taking care of herself, illustrating that beauty starts from within with rest, water and clean foods.
“I avoid gluten, take probiotics and ensure my stress levels are under control,” says Jessica.
Although a minimalist, there are a few key ingredients Jessica looks for when selecting her beauty products. Rosehip oil (Jess loves the Trilogy Rosehip Oil) and coconut oil, which she uses as a moisturiser and hair treatment. Her favourite brands are Kora Organics by Miranda KerrThe Jojoba Company and Trilogy.
