Living a spiritually guided life is first and foremost an understanding that we a mind, body but we are also a soul with a spirit.

As a soul we have the capacity to tap into the spiritual realm to access divine guidance and support in all areas of our life, in all that we do. The spiritual realm just like the earth plane is full of different characters available to assist us on our journey here on the earth. To live a life that is spiritually guided is to allow yourself to tap into this spiritual resource and access yet another support mechanism that is available to all of us.

Over the years many people come to my practice and premise the conversation with ‘I am spiritual but not religious’ they may go on to say they believe in God but not necessarily God as defined by organised religion but as an energy, the universe, or consciousness of love and much more. They also believe in many of the great prophets and guides such as Jesus, Buddha, Mary, Ganesh, Archangels, Shiva, Aphrodite and the list is endless.

Through my experience working as a medium and spiritual healer I agree that all of these spiritual guides and helpers are available to all of us and many more. We don’t need to engage in worship, we can just call on spiritual guidance in anyway we choose. Be it via meditation, yoga, talking in our mind, journal, prayer or however you feel comfortable taping into the spiritual realm. There really is no right or wrong way. Spiritual guides are all available to each and every one of us at anytime to provide help and support if we need it. No worship just a good old chat.

The whole notion of tapping into the spiritual realm vibration for guidance seems at bit ‘woo woo’ to some. To be honest, I had always been spiritual but I was totally in the spiritual closet. I kept my oracle cards stashed away in my bedside table and I regularly visited with clairvoyants, numerologist, and astrologist throughout my life but didn’t speak a word of it to anyone. It was only through my own experience of hopelessness that I surrendered to the idea that a spiritual relationship was available to me. In doing so I was able to access divine guidance too support me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I surrendered and spiritual guides and angels come forth to guide me on how to heal my husbands depression and my sons severe eczema.

I don’t have a gift. Spiritual guidance is available to each and every one of us. Now I am out of the “spiritual closet” so to speak, and proud to be spiritual I am talking about all things “woo woo’ and trying to teach that it really isn’t that ‘woo woo’ after all and we can all live a life that is spiritually guided to support all aspects of our lives. Over the years I have learnt how to enhance, tune in and access this guidance and trust it go on an bring support and guidance to others. You don’t have to be a practicing clairvoyant or healer to access and use spiritual guidance either. I have many clients that are artists, journalist, entrepreneurs, doctors, nurses, tradies, mums, dads, counsellors the list goes on. They just want to tap into the Universe, God, or whomever they feel aligned with and be guided. Having a spiritual relationship with many amazing spiritual guides is available to us as souls. No worship just spiritual mates that help bring love, peace and happiness into our lives. Lets face it, living here on earth ain’t easy sometimes. A spiritual team that has your back is what every soul needs.

How to live a spiritually guided life is a two part workshop series I launched in Melbourne in June 2015. The second workshop is Enhancing, tuning in and trusting your intuition, and working with angels and spiritual guides for everyday guidance.
